In plain English

MS Payroll Bridge converts UK payroll CSVs into accounting journal entries. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the service, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account info — your email and display name when you sign in (via Google or email/password).
• Usage data — anonymous page views, device type, browser, and referral source so we can improve the product.
• Conversion counts — how many CSV exports you've performed (used to enforce free/paid limits).
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

What we don't store

• Your payroll CSVs are processed in your browser. We do not upload, store, or share employee names, salaries, or NI numbers.
• When you post a journal directly to Xero, the journal lines pass through our server only to forward them to Xero — they aren't retained afterwards.

Cookies & local storage

We use a session ID in your browser's session storage to group page views, and local storage to remember your account-code mappings. No third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email mspayrollbridge@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
